Pay with Credit/Debit Card

Payment by credit card is available for MasterCard/Maestro and Visa/Visa Electron customers who have a CVV/CVC* code and an active online payment service.

Pay by Bank Transfer

After selecting Payment by Bank Transfer, the IBAN to which the transfer must be made will be sent. After making the transfer, you must send the proof of the same to the “insert email”. Your order will only be processed after receipt of the receipt. If you do not send proof, your order may be delayed in its preparation. All orders will be canceled after 7 days without receipt of the transfer or proof of it.

Pay with MB WAY

Payment by MB WAY is only available in Portugal. The MB WAY payment method is exclusive to members of the modality and with an application installed. When selecting payment by MB WAY in your purchase, you will have 4 minutes to confirm the payment in the application. If payment is not confirmed in time, or the transaction is declined, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Buy as a Company

To buy as a Company, in your order you must make sure that the Billing data corresponds to your company. Billing data can be added in your customer account, or when choosing the shipping/billing address when processing your order.

Payment Errors

If you get an error when paying with Credit/Debit Card follow the following steps:

  • Check that you correctly entered your card details, including the CVV/CVC on the back of your card;
  • Try clearing your browsing data or using a different web browser;
  • Try a different card to make the purchase.

If you obtain any type of error when making payment via MultiBanco, contact IHCare Customer Support in order to confirm that the payment was made.
